Before the Labor Day weekend, Miroslav1 ran a Raging Bull share count. He ended up with 6.5MM shares +/-. I just repeated it this week and came up with 6.3mm +/-. In both cases we expect "overreporting" and there were some longs that won't disclose holdings but verify they are still long. The point is not that "Raging Bull controls 6MM+ shares", but rather that despite all the BS and some attrition, the group of people may have some new faces but the fraction of the shares held in that group is statistically unchanges in the past three weeks. FWIW.
