Way too late to smear Bill CLinton. Bush's White House and the theft of three elections in a row using dirty tricks, fear and smear tactics and outright voter fraud is modern history. Clinton is ancient history.

Clinton did much than Bush against Al Qaida. Bush ignored AL Qaida until after they struck. Clinton left office with 65% approvals. Bush is currently below 50%, in the 43-49% area.
