NSCP announces the re-design of its' web page to attract new users. May look like good news but to me it looks like desperation. This company is a full blown web portal and nothing else. I still believe in a stock price of less than $10 in the next 2 years, but the near term is calling for a move back to the teens, where it will hold up until the next earnings announcement which of course will be terrible.....
