Sure. Based on his senate record, he would be unlikely to use biological or nuclear weapons. He also wouldn't see a space-based anti-missile system as essential. He would support use of the military when he thinks it worthwhile, although he wouldn't rush to war. He doesn't seem to be a supporter of the death penalty, a proven deterrent of terrorists. I don't think he would be seeking the help of the contras.

And above all, he would be try very hard to keep from running up tremendous deficits while doing it...
