RBaron and Pat, Gordie K., Bob and myself questioned Peter Thornton precisely about this "250 by the end of the year" issue and were told by Peter that its definitely not by end of year. Peter stated they are implementing the DVG's at a rate of 20 per month and wasn't precise as to date of completion. All, To post another rehash of debut would be repetitive since its been so ably described by Pat, Elk, Gary, Marvin etc. Instead I will chime in with snippets of info as you folks jog my memory.
