Trust me, Hoggie: I interpreted (insofar as interpretation is possible when dealing with airheads) Cindy's post in the only possible way. So call me an intentionalist. I believe that people generally mean what they say.

Cindy is a pompous idiot. I don't mean that as an insult: merely as a statement of fact.

Now in her absence (I fear only temporary) would YOU like to comment on the 480,000 shares of AZNT stock lent by Gary Sylver and Titan Investments to Andy Mann? As requested, please include a consideration of the relevant provisions of Reg T in your discussion of this transaction.
