Kiri - A word on WIND calls and the upcoming earnings report. Yes there is a chance for a blowout, but I suspect that management will continue to "manage" their earnings reports as they have in the past and attempt to NOT report a blowout (by deferring revenues, etc.) - the big question has been when I20 revenues will start to come in strong - if they do this quarter then there is a chance for a big EPS increase, because they are not factored into analysts estimates (per the request of the company).

I would bet on a earnings surprise of 14 to 17 cents vs the 12 cents estimate (if I20 revenues strong then it would be the higher end). I have no basis for this other than a gut feeling after watching this company very closely over the past year (100% of my trading portfolio and about 25% of my IRA is in WIND). On the other hand if they do have blowout numbers I would bet the farm as this would tell me that royalties are ramping up fast.

I have Sept 45 calls at 2 3/4 and plan to sell them just before they announce earnings...

Best of luck to you and all,

Carolyn
