In a nutshell:
APM's 50 day moving average is in a strong upward trend. Also APM has tried to break through 38 twice in the last few months and has failed. It looks like it is making another run at 38. I forget the exact phrase in TA, but TAer's claim that a resistance level is often taken
out on the third try.
SFC looks like it has strong support at about 15, so I think there is very little downside risk.
That's about it. Except I've recently started doing candlestick stuff and that concurred with my bullish opinion on these two.
Now, I'll just sit back and decide when to take my profits!
