BRISBANE, Calif., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- EZaccess, Inc. announced today
that Richard Lo, former Vice President of U.S. and International Sales at
Verity, Inc., will join EZaccess as the new Vice President of Sales.
Lo brings over 10 years of sales experience in building strong sales
foundations for fast-growing high-tech companies including Verity, Inc.,
International Network Services, and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Prior to joining EZaccess, Mr. Lo served as Vice President of U.S. and
International Sales at Verity, Inc. where, in his first six months, he
increased direct sales revenue by 83% and was responsible for over $30 million
in total sales revenue for the '97 fiscal year. At Verity, Mr. Lo was
responsible for a staff of over 60 sales and sales support professionals.
Prior to joining Verity, Mr. Lo spent 2 years as Western Regional Sales
Manager for International Network Services (INS), a company that specializes
in providing network consulting resources, where he closed more new client
accounts than any other person in the history of the company, thus increasing
business in his territory by 300%. Prior to INS, Mr. Lo spent 7 years in
Digital Equipment Corporations' field sales organization, where he held
several senior sales management positions exposing him to large complex system
integration opportunities, major accounts, and channel sales development. Mr.
Lo received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of the
Pacific and graduated as a member of Eta Kappa Nu, a national engineering
honors society.
