Atlantians,
The results that Frank speaks of will not be drill results but, rather, soil sediment and rock chip samples. I don't believe they have even go to the trenching stage as yet.
The merger will include the ore body in Idaho and this will be factored in when determining the final ratio.
I, personally, think that it will take between 1.35 and 1.5 shares of AAG to equate with a new share in Twin Gold. VSY will equate at 1 to 1. I admit that I base this on my interpretation of simplistic moving averages in stock price and have left out all the ramifications of balance sheet details. The fairness commitee will have to deal with all that stuff!
