Obviously, taking profits on a huge run up is a tough call, unless you've already exceeded your expectations. 20% in a couple of days is terrific, so there's always the option of pulling out the original investment and letting your winnings ride with a "mental stop" zone underneath, where you lock in your gains.

Waiting for the indicators to roll over and give you a sell or stall signal is another way to approach it.
