Of course it's bogus, and everyone knows it! How do Banks go from insolvent one quarter to being profitable the next. all it is, is an accounting re-write. Think of it as a spreadsheet on paper with eraser shreds all over. Remember those days!

Timmy is in a big bind. Banks need to raise capital and that is what this rally is about. There is no substance to it what so ever. The other choice is Tarp 9 or whatever number it may be and I don't think the public will go for it.

Here in Illinois good old Mayor Daley was asking for the Airlines to bailed out. Think about it now, bailout the Banks, Autos, Real Estate, States and now the Airlines. Who is next? Or better yet what in our Economy is left?

Major, major problems ahead, so therefore I'll stick to my Crude prediction. Lower before higher!
