Greg: LOL! You've got a good point there! But look at it this way....VLNC's being compared to some semi-"august" company! How's that for a silver lining? ;-) Psst...I do agree with you as my initial read of your posting was..."now how in the HELL did VLNC get put in with that grouping??"

Anyway....about Gavin's "technology companies being cash rich...." All I can say is "Whaaaa???" I'd say it depends on the technology, and the company, eh? I think you'll find that, excepting those with suitable customer bases and cash flows, most every tech company is gonna be impacted, in one way or another, by the Uncle Green Sammy's increased interest rate edit. Jeeezus....correct me if I'm wrong here but interest rate jitters is one reason the tech component of the NAZ has been blowing off like 'Ol Faithful.

By the way...I'm of the impression we're far from seeing Uncle Green Sammy being done with raising rates. Investor "irrational exuberance" appears to be on the verge of being over-shadowed by the Fed's "irrational fear" of inflationary bug-a-boo's. As such this means summer could get veeeery interesting.

'Course...this is only my opinion.....I could be wrong.

John~
