signed new OEM agreements with miro Computer Products, Matrox and Data
Translation Inc. These new agreements, signed prior to the shipping of this

MediaStudio Pro 5.0 Video Edition with its new miroVIDEO DC20 plus. The DC20
plus offers outstanding digital video quality, user enhancements and
versatility through video overlay, bus mastering and an extraordinary
