Please carefully read "ALMOST". Four point somehting is certainly "almost" 5%. By the way, do not worry about sending your children to the school where I attended. I attended different schools in the Far East, Canada, and US. 5 times math olympia contestant. However, believe me, your children will do pretty well in the market because gut feeling sometimes is more important than a sound math education.
