Great Find! it makes a lotta of sense when a management of a cash starving company falls for such creative stock financing by (sOROS)..they should be looking for the shareholders welfare and try to do their due diligence on Stockholders behalf by being more demanding of the financiers!,but; all they care about is prolonging the bleeding as long as they keep their cushioned a job for a little bit longer! i wished better and more of a poignant informative data was posted on this thread that would have protected the financial safety and integrity of all posters who lost $$$$and are embarresd to publicly admit!! this stock is witnessing the beginning of its end! i won't invest a penny in this stock..i wish i knew before!!
