IONA Delivers Web-to-Host Tools for Sonera

Sonera's open interactive service management environment, Sonera SurfManager, allows customers to follow the operation of their telecommunication services in real time and ensure the service fulfillment. Using a web interface clients can see the structure of their own network with alarm and load information bound to it. They have a real time view on what happens in their networks, and they can request changes immediately.
