Notice of general annual meeting received this morning :

The usual stuff and :

"To pass a resolution authorizing the issuance before june 29 1999
of a max. of 21,166,748 new common shares pursuant to private pla-
cements "

This had been announced a couple of months ago ,most of us forgot
about it,this also is the main raison why this stock is trading at
such a low price,the financing would double the number of shares
outstanding.
