Keith, when companies fools withteh acocunting methods to boost earnings, it is the short term and naive investors that pile into the stock. have you notice that NSCP shares have appreciated since the last earnings release. It is the more educated, stable, long term investors that you chase away whey you are less than forthcoming with your operating results.

AS for management, I have not heard them address these issues.
