Andre, to determine whether Lexar must pay a royalty to SNDK beginning April 1, just examine the Lexar corporate news announcements since the lawsuit was settled last year. You won't find a single press release indicating they have new controller technology different from SanDisk. You can be sure that if they had any new technology, they would certainly brag about it, if for no other reason than to get the price of LEXR shares up. At least that is one royalty source for SNDK, but the only uncertainty is that we don't know whether LEXR will be solvent long enough to make the payments do any good.
