the head of MMC is stepping down (reportedly), which could help the stock recover some of its recent drop (already gapped up intraday but pulled back to almost fill that gap) if the estimates can be believed, looks like a decent value at less than 10x earnings and with a 5% plus dividend (assuming that is maintained) with MRK i would stay away as the litigation will continue for years and people died, but it seems usually in these cases where they "only" committed financial malfeasance, they usually end up paying a fine, ditching some culprits, and going on relatively unscathed worth watching at least
