Really comnpooterz are a nerd's toy. A hobby for overgrown boys who like to dream about solving fermat's conjecture in one simple geometric proof.

Let's not let this escape the desktop Bre-XLinux documentation.

On two other fronts, E. Mac runs Linux; PowerPC lends itself quite well. Mac too can "Open source" their stuff because what the hell, you need that ROM thing to run it. Then BeOS jumps through cool loops. There's a value add waiting to happen in exchange for inflated funny money.

For crying outloud, AMIGA was right there with an ascended Linux strategy *and deep pockets and *that got swept. Either there's a giant conspiracy, or there's not much money in the multi-purpose end user PC 'desktop'.

Edit: I say this with some degree of AWE in the potential of Corel Linux timing against the backdrop of cheap Personal Computers that are double the price or half the funtionality depending on whether one opts for the Corel package or the M$ package.
