Rich, don't "dance in the street", yet. I have been involved in two situations (Kendall and AMP) where Tyco acquired companies, and the first thing they did was to kill 90% of all new projects that was more than a year from market. They are a good company, and once they take on a new technology, they go full speed ahead on it, but they are extremely conservative in launching new technologies. They do not like being "pioneers". If they do take on the Li-polymer project they'll make it a success. the key word is if and maybe "when". Once VLNC ships regularly into the lap-tops and the cellular market, it actually may become a target of acquisition by Tyco.
