Is the spider especially loathed in Arab lands? Yes, many types are poisonous and aggressive. I've just been told some great stories from a friend (just back) and a few are definitely dealing with "camel spiders"... supposedly they love shadow and will crawl anywhere to get it. Clothes, glass cases, etc... nasty poison bite as well. rc
