Hi, I recall reading some comments on CSCO taking over STRM. It mentioned CSCC. So I believe the management didn't want to sell 'cause they thought CSCC worth a lot more and had a bright future. I'd wait for a while to jump in, maybe till the next 10Q to see what CSCC is really up to. Good luck.
