Probably not.

Here's my reasoning.

It seems that Amati takes the responsible position that "until the ink's dry" there's no publicity released.

There may be an agreement in principle (or verbal).

I don't think anyone will sign until they absolutely have to, which probably won't happen until ADI (in this case) is ready to process their first large production run after their first big order comes thru.

Is my reasoning faulty? :|
