The Nasdaq now is up over 24% from 5/24 and VLNC is down over 2% during this rally. Moreover, institutional money flow has been negative over the period. Is there a shoe about to drop or is this acute underperformance a mere coincidence? Anyone on this thread who would have you believe they know the answer to the obvious question is providing a disservice. "... first, the NAZ is up less than 20% from bottom ..."
