Steve, It looks like it has not been priced yet but looks like it will be a good one from the sound of this article.

"Meanwhile, the folks at online car sales referral service Autobytel.com (ABTL) are expected to price that stock Thursday evening. On Tuesday, its rival Autoweb (AWEB). Autoweb went public at $14 a share and ended the day at 40, a gain of 185 percent. See full story.
