Little hard rationalizing HUGO weakness today.. Actually, if the markets in the miners would close early today I might escape with a profit...Boy these fade offs are a pain...Like clock work.... Anyway, HUGO isn't doing very well following the announcement of plans to drill around for coal in Mongolia...Seems investors are waiting for something really big to be announced and instead are getting a stream of tid bits....Move to the NYSE raises a question .... do the shorts all have to be covered ??? I'm reading over on the Yahoo board that they do.... Anybody know what the rule on that really is...Maybe the naked shorts ought to be covered.... HUGO - SAR would have you ought of this stock currently.
