MGV, you are wrong, it would be if I was zero cash right now, and the VLNC position prevented me from engaging those funds in another position, but right now, I am still at 30% cash or so, thus, not even a lost opportunity. When I enter a position, I always ask myself how much am I willing to lose, in the not so rare event, that I was wrong, well, the entry into VLNC at $14.125 allowed me to drastically minimize such potential losses. I could have bought into SNDK at $73, and already be pretty close to the point of "pain". I take it from your comment that at all time you are fully invested. In that case you are probably in some pain and the loss was not the opportunity loss, but the capital loss.
