I have a younger Brother. He has an MA in Economics and an MA in computer Science. I phoned him Saturday to ask him a problem. He said he had just gotten up, because he had gone back to bed after spending his Saturday cooking Breakfast for the Homeless. He got up at 5:30 am and with his wife drove to the Church. They then cooked Breakfast for the homeless, served it and had the homeless out on the streets by 8:00 am. I asked him why the homeless had to be out on the streets by 8:00 am. He said because that is what time breakfast has to be over. I asked why. He said well several of them had asked that question, and there was no answer. He said The breakfast program required that breakfast be over by 8:00 am, and no one knew why, and everyone was afraid to ask, because the running of the program was liable to fall on anyone who asked questions. So In Canada in a bitterly cold winter, we have to turn the homeless out into the snow at 8:00 am. And no one has any idea why. Do you wonder why Liberals are running so many things?
