Ted, Carter has helped build thousands of homes for the poor in this country. He brokered an election arrangement that has strenghtened democracy in Venezuela. His list of accomplishments is substantive. Notice how all of those accomplishments occurred after his presidency. It says a lot about the genuine character and faith of Jimmy Carter, but little about his ability to lead as POTUS. Tenchusatsu
