CDNO, basically a shell at this stage, but it has had tremendous volume over the past month. It is under heavy accumulation. One must read all of the filings in the SEC and decipher for one's self. It has bounced off its lows (52 week low) as of last week and has gradually been going up slowly each day. I have yet to talk to the company or confirm any of these rumors of the Reverse Merger There is tons of DD and links on Raging Bull for you to weed through. There are a lot of shares out. How many exactly at this stage is anyone's guess. It moves slowly, so don't jump in and expect to flip it for quick return.
