Saw a rerun of the Seduction of Joy Tynan last night. It was produced in the seventies I believe. Amazing how not much has changed, but just gotten worse.. with regard to politics and politicians.... Look this way, say this .... when you say that, look stern... All the admonitions were there for Joe who was running for President... Whoever can just give a speech like FOUR SCORE AND SEVEN YEARS AGO... would have my vote. Forget what party. Just a darn down to earth individual speaking from the heart and not text. Opps, he did write the speech on the train right before delivering it. It is one of my favorites by the way,. So inspirational..and in so few words said SO MUCH.
