John,

I think it is simply a difference of viewpoint. The molecular biologists take their basic knowledge about biology and virology take a look at the existing studies and then formulate a hypothesis. And I think most of them will consider a probability of 90-99.x% of resistance is the best shot. I will go with more than 90% of resistance until proven otherwise. And it will take a few decades of survival of individual patients to convince me that the virus does not in all cases develop resistance.
You probably know a lot more about the details of the published studies than Henry. But Henry knows a lot more about molecular biology and can integrate the known facts and assumptions into the big picture.

John I think you don't properly see the role of Silicon Investor discussion. You tend to attack everyone that has another opinion than you currently have. But the proper role of Silicon Investor is not to paint a rosy picture about a company. What most of the participants want is to reach a proper assesment of the strengths and weaknesses of the discussed companies. So if we find out that the market comes to the wrong conclusions and misprices a company we can than take advantage of our superiour assesment and profit from the wrong price.
In the long term a stock price only follows earnings and company developments and is not influenced by the short term fluctuations which are creaded by distorted media coverage. I am shure that the discussion on Silicon Investor has no influence on long term stock prices. And I am pretty shure that it has almost no or no influence on short time price movements of mid and large cap stocks like Agouron.
