I just had to post on 19980 as it is the exact decimal log of 4.3005954839

Which brings us to a question I have often pondered. Is 0.9999999999 repeating indefinitely less than one or is it equal to one? If it equal, why is this so? If not, why not and what is the exact difference? After all, if it is less, one should be able to express by some decimal or fraction how much less it is.
