As a C++/Objectstore consultant I can only tell you that the demand
for people with our skill set is overwhelming which indicates to me a true breakthrough. Corporate America is finally accepting and adapting the technology.

I still candidly recommend everyone to stay on it. Wall Street will wake up soon since in the field we certainly see increased activity.

I agree with this. Last week I spoke to a conference in Sydney about a funds management project my company has done using ObjectStore. There was genuine interest expressed by about 5 of the larger fund managers in the Australian market. One of the other speakers also noted that relational databases had put him through incredible pain and that he thought ODBMS might be the way to go.
