Well it certainly does, I did not use the right abbreviation but it does. Force can also be measured in Kilograms. You simply don't understand this stuff and don't understand the true relation ship. You think I should explain it to you as though you are a high school student? If you understood this you would know that force can be represented by any weight measurement, not just mass weight such as Slugs (ugg) or Newtons.
