If I remember it correctly, ZMAX had a 1-for-(big number) reverse split 2-3 month ago. It used to be around a $1. I came across it looking for some candidates to short, and reverse splits are destined to bring the stock down most of the times.

Anyway, I wouldn't bite. Check it out yourself.
