Fred,

Good to hear your opinion. I too ate at KKRO about 2 years ago and
was not much impressed. Since then I went back and now go several times a month.

I have seen the growth of new restaurants and think the locataions are prime. I frequent the Brentwood restaurant and there is always a line. As you may have noticed the people that eat at KKRO are fairly affluent. I was initially concerned about the higher prices, but considering the revenues growth this does not seem to be a problem.

A new Boston Marken opened on 10th and Wilshire. I ate there last week and although the food is about $2 less expensive the quality is just not as good in my opinion. The place was full and the mix of people is considerably different than KKRO. I feel KKRO has a great market locating in affluent areas and stands to do very well.

I agree with you about the BOST accounting that is questionable as revealed in Business Week. Overall I am looking long term at KKRO and hope the stock starts to move next year when KKRO is expected to turn cash positive. Keep in mind no analysts cover KKRO so it is a great time to get in on the ground floor.

Fred
