Many of the vendors are supplying capital to fund their equipment sales. They also have raised money by selling some bonds recently. The rollout has been a little weak because the T1 backhaul had been stalled by the local telco. Incidentally, the telco is also a PCS competitor. It looks like the network is rolling out now and the TV and radio commercials have started to air. We will have to just sit back and watch...
