What the warrant allows is to buy the common stock for a price of $4.00 through the expiration date which is in the year 2002 for MRIXZ.

Usually the companies can CALL the warrant, requiring the holder to convert it to the common by paying the conversion price. That is tied to the common trading at a certain level for a period of time.

In the case of MRIXZ, the original provision for calling is if the common trades over $6.00 for something like a month, but there was a news release (I can upload a copy if anyone is interested) by the company waiving this right. I assume that means that the warrants are not callable and can be held through the expiration date.
