WEBS index fund are open-ended fund, they trade shares in AMEX as secondary market. the share price therefore closely linked to NAV. This is good if you do not want to concern with discount increase of decrease in the closed-end fund.

I believe this kind of index fund is better than managed fund. I track webs Hong Kong (EWH) regularly.
