I don't know why the move, but it has been incredible. It could have something to be the good Teaxas land deals or the finalization of the general partnership of NLP. Or, it could be some young fund manager who does not remember the history of Phillips and is just reading the financial statements, but the self dealing continues. Any other info or thoughts would be appreciated.
