When did they announce the Monsanto deal? If it was about three weeks ago then the stock has already appreciated and will most probably decline on the earnings news. Keep in mind that if the stock does go up after the earnings report on the 23rd the SEC may want to discuss a few things with Tom Mills on insider trading.
