There is a stockholders' meeting tomorrow (7/11). Management wants to increase shares for stock option plan. I'm guessing that they have found a new CEO and that this person is demanding a sizable amount of stock option. I also believe that this stock has seen its lows, however I am biased since I'm long on this stock. Once they've completed the sale of their two units and have installed a new CEO I see the stock onto a recovery. It's been a long drought but finally something is being done.
