Khris, In my mind, IMNX is a great company with proven products and horrible stock performance. I found nothing wrong in their science and product development. In certain area the IMNX is very competitive even to Amgen. My suspicion is some people are trying to manipulate this stock, and hope AHP will pay for the price tag of $20 per share (just a wild guess). The other possible reason is the recent lawsuit involving IMNX, in which a now defunct company based in New Jersey claimed that IMNX stole their data at a meeting. I must confess that I down-loaded the stock at a loss (15.50 per share) when I saw that lawsuit coming. So I did not follow this one. AHP has been in shopping mood for a while, though they did not want to pay more than 15. Good luck, MY
