As an investor, I understand the risk/ reward scenario very well.
Whenever I get an opportunity like this, I invest no matter what the country is. My reasoning is as follows:
RISK=100% RETURN(at least=100%) so I set aside 5 to 10% of my total porfolio and hope for the best; which I believe will be a least $100 for TRF as you stated above. Good Luck!!
