Janders: I have a tiny amt. of TSG. 15-20% growth is tough, I'd guess. Competition is out there - Web sites (besides TSG's), Apollo also trying to grow quickly. I hope market doesn't expect 15-20%, although maybe it does with the current high price. My guess is only by getting rid of a bunch of IS team leaders could TSG make these targets :>(
I've read that TSG does have 40% share of North Am. market and they supply info. to 30,000 travel agencies, so I hope there's plenty of opportunity for both employees (new and old) and stockholders (new and old). I recently bought TSG because, essentially, I bought into the idea that this business is a way to bet on the growing demand for worldwide travel that is safer than the highly competitive airline business. I think the stock is very expensive at these prices (but my record for judging expensiveness is not very good).

I personally believe in investing in the co. you work for. However, big commitments are scary (as always)- more so for stock-owning employees. If times get bad, stock plummets, and layoffs occur. The dismissed person gets hurt twice in that case.

Janders, any insights/opinions you might have that you can share regarding TSB and how it's going with your co. would be appreciated.
