I think it was 50,000 subscribers, MANY of which are paying $19.95/month. I am sure that brother-in-law deals have been cut for people to get access at lower pricing. It is done all of the time.

The gambling sites are going to be online by end of october, according to their website(s).

As I have posted in other threads, most ISP's are losing money or breaking even. It is the gambling that I am excited about, in combination with a relatively large customer base which will certainly be "lured" into the sportsbook & gaming.
